Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Every connection to Resume Architect runs over HTTPS with modern TLS. Your documents, account data, and tracker entries are encrypted at rest in our managed database. Backups inherit the same encryption.
Your content is not used to train models.
Your resume content, cover letters, references, and tracker notes are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train any third-party model. What you write in Resume Architect stays in your workspace.
You can delete everything.
From account settings, one button permanently deletes your resumes, cover letters, references, tracker history, and account record. Backups age out on a fixed schedule after deletion so your data does not linger.

Authentication
Email and password with strong password requirements. Sessions expire on inactivity, and you can log out everywhere from a single button.
Access
Engineering access to production data is scoped, audited, and used only for support cases you have explicitly opened with us.
Hosting
Resume Architect runs on hardened, regularly patched infrastructure with isolated environments for development, staging, and production.
Backups
Encrypted daily snapshots are retained for thirty days. After that they age out automatically.
Incident response
Security issues can be reported to [email protected]. Material incidents that affect users are disclosed promptly.
Data residency
Primary data is stored in our managed database in the United States. If your region requires something different, write to us before signing up.
